This is the first volume of the annual JSM. The contributors and publishers hope to produce further issues that will serve to circulate new and challenging research in the field and facilitate discussion of the topics covered. This volume is a multidisciplinary print publication, with articles covering all areas of magic, witchcraft, paganism etc, spanning all geographical regions and all historical periods.
